Our Commitment

PRO226 is committed to creating a safe, respectful and welcoming environment for every participant attending the Bible Camp and BBQ Event.

Participant Safety

All children and young people should be treated with dignity, care and respect. Any concern about safety, conduct or wellbeing should be reported immediately to the camp leadership team.

Parent / Guardian Agreement

By agreeing to the safeguarding policy, the parent or guardian confirms that they have read this policy with the participant and understand the expectations for safe behaviour during camp activities.

Emergency Contact

The parent or guardian phone number provided on the sign-up form will be used as the main emergency contact during the camp.
